Does well in school. Cut off is Sept 1 but apparently everyone redshirts if born May or later. He is adamant he doesn’t want to repeat a grade. Should I do it anyway? Will he be bored? It doesn’t live in the air. If a student, maybe they keep that class and any other teacher or kids that interact with that child home for 14 days (so if a kinder maybe they never interact with 3-5th). Rest can return after school is thoroughly cleaned. Schools with resources are planning to have school remotely so would likely just close for 14 days (and no they are combining with spring break). But many public schools can’t swing that.
